FOOD &/or DRINK for VOLUNTEER SHIFTS
any time you can give is important to us … 4 hours preferred

Tuesday 9a.m.- afternoon

Move storage items and set up the event (your truck will be helpful!)
Set-up basics for decorating and display areas: Banners, tables, chairs – We’d also like some muscle and trucks for help here! Arrange exhibits, tables, chairs

Wednesday 9a.m. - afternoon

Vendors and Designers arrive! Help them unload and set-up as needed & Clean

Friday and Saturday – 8:30a.m.- close

• PARKING
• WARDROBE ROOM MANAGER(s)! Help with costumes and maintain order in changing room
• Help Admissions Traffic to correct lines 8:30-11a.m.
• (8:30a.m. to noon) Kitchen service window Breakfast With Santa!
• (8:30a.m. to noon) Help parents to tables & Bussing Breakfast With Santa!
• Concessions (11:30a.m.) Kitchen servers and table bussing
• Kids’ activities: help kids cut, paste, color
• Help children and parents shop at Elfenheim Mall
• SILENT AUCTION tables: oversight (security) & help bidders as needed
• Fill helium balloons & tie with strings to give children (one each)
• Sell tickets at RAFFLE table

There is always someone who needs your help somewhere!

Sunday – 9a.m. - 4p.m. NOV 29

• Take down displays, exhibits, banners, tables, chairs
